What happens after I submit a complaint?

Confidentiality
All feedback submitted is strictly confidential. Your identity will be protected at all times and your feedback will only be accessible to the Swinburne Leadership Board. It will not be shared with any other lecturers or staff at Swinburne Vietnam.

Who can use the form?

All current Swinburne Vietnam students and partners are encouraged to submit a form whenever they have feedback to share.
Investigation Process
The entire complaints and grievance process is handled privately and securely. All matters are carefully assessed and investigated in line with university procedures, with a focus on fairness, respect, and discretion.
Sensitive Issues
You can use this form to report serious and sensitive concerns, including:
• Discrimination
• Bullying
• Sexual harassment
• Sexual assault
These matters are taken very seriously and will be managed with care and urgency.

How do I submit a feedback form on the Student Portal?

You can:
• Log in to your Student Portal at portal.swin.edu.vn
• On the left-hand menu, go to Queries/Feedback.
• Select Feedback.
• Fill in the required information in the feedback form.
• Click Submit to complete your request.
